WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Communicate effectively with customers over the phone
Answer customer inquiries
Give clear explanations of services and product warranties
Acts as the liaison between the customer and various departments i.e., delivery and sales.
Merchandise regarding warranties
Works closely with the manufacturers and service centers to resolve customer problems
All other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU WILL BRING ALONG:
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Strong telephone and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Basic computer and typing skills needed
Must be able to solve problems and work under minimal supervision
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
WE WILL HELP YOU SUCCEEDWe provide onsite training and one on one coaching from our support staff. Overtime may be required depending on workload. To help keep our employees and customers safe, we perform a criminal background check and drug screen.
