In a large pitcher, place the orange rounds and the pineapple chunks and gently crush them (the official term is “muddle”) with a wooden spoon to release the juices and flavors. Next, squeeze the third orange and add the juice to the pitcher. Finally, pour in the chilled tea, stir well, and add 4 teaspoons of coconut sugar to start with. Adjust it until it’s perfect for you.
